TRANSPARENCY & PARTNERS – TRUST IS BUILT THROUGH DISCLOSURE

We believe that transparency is not an add-on, but the foundation of trust.

That is why we disclose how we deal with partners, links, and information—clearly documented, regularly reviewed, and traceable.

1. BASIC PRINCIPLE

All collaborations, recommendations, and references at Amygdalus follow a simple guiding principle:

Open, verifiable, without hidden interests.

 

We make a clear distinction between:

  • content-related collaboration (e.g., legal review, audits, events) and

  • editorial or technical partners (e.g., hosting, newsletter systems, tools).

2. IDENTIFICATION OF PARTNER AND AFFILIATE LINKS

If we receive a commission through a link, this will be clearly marked with the addition of “(partner link/advertisement)”.

This does not affect the price for you.

We only link to offers that are relevant to our topics (education, transparency, security, regulation).

 

Affiliate links never include:

  • Investment or trading platforms with promises of returns

  • “Get rich quick” schemes or signal services

  • Advertising for speculative products

3. REVIEW AND UPDATE CYCLES

All external links, partner references, and sources are reviewed at least quarterly.

Regulatory documents and security-related content are reviewed on an ad hoc basis after each official change.

Next scheduled review: January 2026

4. SELECTION CRITERIA FOR PARTNERS

We only cooperate with companies or individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Legal compliance: registration, legal notice, GDPR compliance

  • Content integrity: no misleading advertising or price promises

  • Quality & traceability: verifiable services, documentation

  • Security and data protection standards: ISO, SOC, or comparable standards

5. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST & DISCLOSURE

If a collaboration goes beyond pure service provision (e.g., joint event or partner event), this will be clearly indicated.Amygdalus does not accept any hidden payments, shares, or success fees for content.

6. COMMUNITY & PARTICIPATION

Our community is welcome to submit suggestions or criticism regarding partners and sources at any time.Please send feedback to transparenz@amygdalus.com – every report will be documented and reviewed.
